Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before accessing or using the website located at www.uaevisatravel.com (the “Website”) or engaging any services offered therein. By accessing the Website, submitting an application, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of this Website and its services.

1.2 Relationship to Parent Company

UAE Visa Travel is a brand and operational division of Pinoy Tourism and Travels L.L.C. (“Pinoy Tourism”), the parent company. Pinoy Tourism is an IATA-accredited travel agency and a licensed operator under the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). All legal obligations arising from the use of UAE Visa Travel’s services are governed under the corporate framework of Pinoy Tourism and Travels L.L.C.

1.3 Nature of Business

UAE Visa Travel is a private, independent, third-party visa consultancy. We are not a government body.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 Services Offered

UAE Visa Travel provides the following consultancy and facilitation services:

  • Dubai Tourist Visa application assistance (30-day single-entry, 60-day single-entry, 90-day single-entry, and multiple-entry variants)
  • Dubai Transit Visa application assistance (48-hour and 96-hour variants)
  • UAE Visa Extension facilitation (in-country extensions processed in accordance with ICP regulations)
  • Document review and verification prior to submission
  • Application status tracking and follow-up
  • Customer support for applicants throughout the processing lifecycle
  • General UAE immigration consultancy and guidance

2.2 Limitations of Service

UAE Visa Travel does not:

  • Issue, approve, or guarantee the issuance of any UAE visa or entry permit
  • Represent the applicant before any UAE government authority in a legal capacity
  • Provide immigration legal advice as defined under the UAE Advocates Law
  • Guarantee processing times communicated by third-party government systems
  • Accept responsibility for outcomes arising from UAE immigration policy changes occurring after an application has been submitted

2.3 Service Availability

All services are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any applicant at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where the applicant has provided incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent documentation, or where accepting the application would expose the Company to legal or reputational risk.

3. Eligibility and User Obligations

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To use the services of UAE Visa Travel, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age; applications submitted on behalf of minors must be made by a parent or legally appointed guardian
  • Possess a valid passport from an eligible nationality, with a minimum of six (6) months’ validity beyond the intended date of entry into the UAE
  • Be legally authorised to submit an application on behalf of a third party, where applicable
  • Provide accurate, complete, true, and current information throughout the application process

3.2 Applicant Responsibilities

By using our services, the applicant warrants and undertakes the following:

  • All information, documents, and statements provided are genuine, accurate, and free from misrepresentation
  • The applicant has disclosed any prior visa rejections, overstay history, or immigration violations in any jurisdiction that may be relevant to the UAE application
  • The applicant holds, or will hold at the time of travel, confirmed return or onward flight bookings and suitable accommodation arrangements as may be required
  • The applicant takes full personal responsibility for compliance with all UAE immigration laws, entry requirements, overstay regulations, and any conditions attached to the granted visa
  • The applicant understands that a UAE visa overstay attracts fines of AED 50 per day, with no grace period applicable from February 2026 onward, in accordance with UAE Federal Law

3.3 Third-Party Applications

Where a user submits an application on behalf of another individual, the user represents and warrants that they are legally authorised to do so, that the applicant has provided informed consent, and that all information submitted accurately reflects the details of the applicant. The user assumes full legal and financial responsibility for the accuracy of such applications.

4. Pricing, Fees, and Payment

  • 4.1 Service Fee Structure: Fees charged by UAE Visa Travel represent the cost of professional facilitation, document handling, processing support, and customer service. These fees are distinct from and in addition to any official UAE government visa fees, which may be incorporated into the total amount charged or itemised separately.
  • 4.2 Currency and Pricing Display: All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise expressly stated. The Company reserves the right to display pricing in alternative currencies and to adjust pricing in accordance with prevailing exchange rates, supplier cost changes, or government fee revisions.
  • 4.3 Processing Speed Options: Standard and express processing options are available for select visa types. Express processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances once the expedited service has been initiated.
  • 4.4 Price Amendments: UAE Visa Travel reserves the right to amend its fees at any time without prior notice. The fees applicable at the time of payment confirmation shall govern the transaction.
  • 4.5 Secure Payment Processing: Payments are processed exclusively through approved, encrypted payment gateways. UAE Visa Travel does not store, retain, or have access to your full card number, banking credentials, or sensitive financial data. All payment processing is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment processor.
  • 4.6 No Guarantee: Service fees paid to UAE Visa Travel are remuneration for consultancy and facilitation services only. Payment of fees does not, under any circumstances, constitute a guarantee or assurance of visa approval.

5. Visa Application Process and Disclaimer

  • 5.1 Facilitator Role: UAE Visa Travel acts solely as a facilitator of the visa application process. The Company prepares, organises, and submits applications on behalf of applicants to the competent UAE immigration authorities. All visa decisions, including approvals, rejections, requests for additional documentation, and processing timelines, rest exclusively with the UAE government authorities, including the ICP and GDRFA.
  • 5.2 No Influence Over Government Decisions: UAE Visa Travel has no authority to influence, expedite beyond standard processing timelines, guarantee, or overturn any decision made by UAE immigration authorities. The Company shall not be held liable for any visa refusal, delay, or additional requirements imposed by such authorities.
  • 5.3 Processing Timelines: Processing times communicated by UAE Visa Travel are estimates based on current standard processing timelines and are not legally binding commitments. Processing durations may be subject to change due to government workload, national holidays, peak travel periods, or policy amendments.
  • 5.4 Document Requirements: Applicants are advised to carefully review all documentation requirements prior to submission. Incomplete or non-compliant applications may be rejected by UAE authorities, and no refund shall be issued in such circumstances.
  • 5.5 Visa Conditions: It is the applicant’s sole responsibility to understand and comply with all conditions attached to any issued visa, including permitted duration of stay, permissible activities, and entry/exit requirements. UAE Visa Travel bears no responsibility for overstays, immigration violations, or associated fines or penalties arising from non-compliance with visa conditions.

6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Amendments

  • 6.1 General Non-Refundability. Visa application service fees are non-refundable once an application has been formally submitted to the UAE immigration authorities. By proceeding with payment and submission, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

    6.2 Pre-Submission Cancellations. If you wish to cancel your application prior to its formal submission to UAE authorities, you must notify UAE Visa Travel in writing without delay. In such cases, a partial refund of the service fee may be considered at the sole discretion of the Company, after deduction of any administrative, processing, and third-party costs already incurred.

    6.3 No Refund Circumstances. Under no circumstances shall a refund be issued for:

    • Applications rejected by UAE immigration authorities for any reason, including but not limited to applicant history, incomplete documentation, or authority discretion;
    • Applications submitted with errors, omissions, or inaccuracies attributable to the applicant;
    • Delays, cancellations, or losses arising from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government-imposed travel restrictions, regional conflicts, airline disruptions, or acts of God;
    • Applicant failure to provide required documentation within stipulated timelines;
    • Express processing fees, once the expedited service has commenced;
    • Applicant change of travel plans after submission.

    6.4 Amendment Requests. Requests to amend application details after submission will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to feasibility and any additional charges that may apply. The Company cannot guarantee that amendments will be accommodated once an application is in process.

    6.5 Refund Processing. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within fourteen (14) to twenty-one (21) business days, subject to payment gateway timelines.

7. Force Majeure

UAE Visa Travel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, pandemics or epidemics, changes in applicable laws or government regulations, border closures, airline operational disruptions, or technical failures beyond the Company’s control. In such events, the Company shall use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption and communicate with affected clients in a timely manner.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

  • 8.1 Data Collection: In providing our services, UAE Visa Travel collects personal and sensitive information including but not limited to: full legal names, passport details, nationality, date of birth, travel history, contact information, and supporting documentation. This information is collected solely for the purpose of facilitating your visa application.
  • 8.2 Data Processing: By engaging our services, you expressly consent to the collection, processing, storage, and transmission of your personal data to UAE immigration authorities and other relevant third parties as required for the purpose of your visa application.
  • 8.3 Data Security: UAE Visa Travel employs industry-standard security measures to safeguard your personal information and documentation against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
  • 8.4 Data Retention: Personal data shall be retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and as required by applicable UAE law, after which it shall be securely disposed of.
  • 8.5 Third-Party Disclosure: Your personal data will not be disclosed to any third party other than UAE immigration authorities and service providers directly involved in processing your application, without your prior written consent, except where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

  • 9.1 Ownership: All content published on uaevisatravel.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the website, is the exclusive intellectual property of UAE Visa Travel and/or Pinoy Tourism and Travels L.L.C., or is used under valid licence from third parties.

10. Prohibited Conduct

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UAE Visa Travel, its parent company Pinoy Tourism and Travels L.L.C., directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to: missed flights, hotel cancellation penalties, financial losses, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm resulting from visa delays or refusals.
  • 11.2 Maximum Liability Cap. In any event, the total aggregate liability of UAE Visa Travel to any applicant shall not exceed the total service fee paid by that applicant for the specific application giving rise to the claim.
  • 11.3 Third-Party Service Providers. Where UAE Visa Travel engages third-party service providers, including payment processors, government portals, or courier services, as part of the application process, the Company shall not be liable for any failures, errors, delays, or losses attributable to such third parties.
  • 11.4 Website Availability. UAE Visa Travel does not warrant that the website will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Planned or unplanned downtime shall not give rise to any claim against the Company.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UAE Visa Travel, Pinoy Tourism and Travels L.L.C., and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the website or services; (b) your breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions; (c) any inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information provided by you; or (d) any violation of applicable laws or regulations.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The UAE Visa Travel website may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites for informational purposes. The inclusion of such links does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship of those sites by UAE Visa Travel. 14. Website Usage Terms

16. Severability

  • 18.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including applicable federal laws and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai where relevant.
  • 18.2 Jurisdiction. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the use of UAE Visa Travel’s website or services, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
  • 18.3 Amicable Resolution. Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute amicably through direct communication. Either party may contact UAE Visa Travel’s customer service to initiate an amicable resolution process.
